Quality Control & Testing

Our newly constructed quality control laboratory is equipped to perform the analytic testing required to ensure the highest level of product integrity. We perform vital product analyses of volatile oil content, color, granulation and moisture.  In addition, products are regularly tested for microbial levels by outside certified laboratories.  Certificates of Analysis and other Certificates of Compliance are available on all VdV raw and finished goods.
VdV’s manufacturing facility is rated "AIB-SUPERIOR," the highest rating awarded by the American Institute of Baking.
